B. How It Works

Submit Intent:
Indicate your interest and provide initial documentation confirming you meet the criteria of a sophisticated or high-net-worth investor under UK law.
Sign Contract:
Our legal team, in partnership with an FCA-regulated third party, will walk you through the terms, SPV structure, and risk disclosures.
Invest & Track:
- Funds are placed in a segregated account until they are deployed into the project SPV.
- You begin accruing 12% annual returns, which may be paid out quarterly or annually depending on the specific project.
Exit & Reinvest:
At the end of your 3–5 year commitment, you can choose to reinvest in future projects or withdraw your principal plus accrued returns.
